The Talent Vault · your applicant tracking system

Every candidate becomes a record that stays.

Candidates arrive three ways: a screening run, an upload of up to 50 files, or typed in by hand. Every one becomes a profile that stays — seven stages, one record per person, every document ever written for them attached.

Agree a weighted scorecard before anyone interviews. Panellists score from a link without needing an account. The debrief then shows you where two interviewers saw the same person differently.

Questions

What buyers ask first.

Is the Arabic translated or written?+

Written. Every document is generated in Arabic rather than converted from English, and the layout stays right-to-left in Word and PDF. The interface is checked line by line against the English — if one line is missing, the site does not ship.

Do we have to move our existing candidates across?+

No. There is no setup step and no migration. Drop up to 50 CVs at a time and the profiles appear, parsed and tagged. Candidates can also arrive from a screening run, or be typed in by hand.

Does the AI decide who to reject?+

No. The system cannot reject anyone. It reads every CV, scores against the weights you set, quotes the lines that earned each score and names what is missing. Shortlisting, interviewing, rejecting and hiring stay with you.

Which countries' labour rules are built in?+

Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman are modelled in code — probation caps, minimum basic-to-total salary ratios, working-week maps and nationalisation frameworks. Elsewhere a general framework applies. This is decision support, not legal advice.

What happens to our candidate files? Can we erase them?+

Files are encrypted before storage and can be erased at any time — a single candidate, or everything at once, from Settings. Nothing you upload is used to train a model. Text you paste purely as input, such as a job description, is discarded as soon as it has been read.

How is “up to 75%” calculated?+

From how long the same work takes by hand: about three hours to read and score a batch of CVs, an hour and a half to draft a job description, two hours to build an interview pack. Set against the time it takes here. These are estimates from stated, adjustable baselines — not measurements of your team.

What happens to my candidates if I stop using the account?+

Nothing you create expires while your account is active. If an account goes completely unused for twenty-four months, the data is deleted — with warnings at ninety, thirty and seven days before, so it never happens quietly.

Can I cancel, and is there a refund?+

Cancel any time from Settings; access runs to the end of the period you paid for. There is a two-day money-back guarantee, and billing runs through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.

How is this different from using ChatGPT?+

A chatbot has no record. Nothing you write in it becomes a candidate profile, nothing carries into the next document, and it does not know that probation in your country has a statutory maximum. Here the eleven co-pilots write into one Talent Vault, and the country's rules are applied in code before the document reaches you.

The next candidate you meet can stay.
